Hair & Skin Type Recommendations

Dry Skin/Hair: Use ingredients like avocado, coconut oil, honey, banana, and shea butter.

Oily Skin/Hair: Choose aloe vera, lemon, clay, yogurt, and green tea.

Sensitive Skin: Stick to oatmeal, chamomile, honey, and cucumber.

Damaged Hair: Opt for eggs, olive oil, banana, and castor oil.

Final Tip:

Always do a patch test before trying new recipes — even natural ingredients can cause irritation for some people.

Your kitchen is your personal spa — all you need is a few minutes, a few ingredients, and a little self-love.

We wish you well.
