Let’s be real — by Friday, most of us are running on coffee, fumes, and sheer willpower. But what if your weekends actually left you refreshed instead of even more exhausted?

As a fitness, nutrition, and wellness coach (and your soon-to-be weekend BFF), I’m here to help you break the burnout cycle with my Weekend Unwind and Recharge! program — or at least a DIY version to start now.


In just 48 hours, you can feel lighter, clearer, more radiant — and yes, even stronger. Let’s dive into your self-care reboot weekend 🧖‍♀️💪✨


🗓️ Your 48-Hour Reset Schedule: Simple & Blissful


☀️ SATURDAY: Release & Nourish


🌤️ Morning: Gentle Movement + Morning Tonic

  • Wake up slow — avoid screens for the first 30 minutes.

  • Sip warm lemon water or herbal tea (try Detox Morning Tonic recipe).

  • Do 20 minutes of Pilates or yoga. (YouTube suggestion: 15-Min Pilates for Beginners)

  • Set your intention for the day: “I release what no longer serves me.”

    • What am I grateful for today?

🌞 Morning: Movement + Affirmations

  • Start with light stretching or a 30-min walk in nature

  • Practice affirmations:

    • “My energy is sacred and I protect it.”


🥑 Brunch Goals: Glowy Foods

  • Eat foods that reduce inflammation and boost glow:

    • Eggs + spinach + avocado toast (on gluten-free or sourdough)

    • Drink: Green smoothie (try this recipe)


🧖‍♀️ Midday: Self-Love Session

🪞 Evening: Reflect + Reset for the Week

  • Do a weekly reset journaling session:

    • What did I learn this weekend?

    • How can I carry this calm energy into the week?

  • Set 1 simple goal for the week.
